I’m Leigh Raeder, and I’ve been rocking the beauty industry for over 3 decades now. You can call me a Licensed Master Cosmetologist, but I’m also a Certified Skin Specialist, Health Coach, Hair, Makeup Artist, Global Educator & Professional Salon Consultant.
I am able to service my clients who refer me as a “solutionist” which is actually a pretty good description. My experience has really allowed me to help others with “All Things Beauty”. I honestly just want to help others FEEL beautiful. Sometimes I do that through makeup, sometimes it’s through skincare or wellness. Sometimes it’s just through truly listening to what it is they need. I love to empower others in any way I can.
Running my own salon in the beautiful state of Wisconsin has ignited my passion for helping others and giving back to the beauty world I adore. I’ve got a knack for understanding the needs of professionals in this industry, and that’s what’s catapulted me into the role of a top Global Educator.
What gets me buzzing with excitement? It’s helping fellow beauty pros become successful beauty entrepreneurs. I’m all about equipping you with the latest cutting-edge products and technology, giving you an edge in the industry, securing your financial future, and even setting trends that’ll keep our ever-changing beauty world.
Beyond the world of beauty, I wear the hats of a loving wife and a mom to two amazing boys. Oh, and I’m a travel enthusiast too! In fact, I’ve started sharing my adventures along side my beauty tips on my”All Things Beauty” on my blog.
